Clean room. In a good area (if you prefer to stay in San Marco) because it's quiet. The bed is comfortable. The front desk person at Piccola Fenice was really nice and helpful, and when she's not there you can get help at the main hotel Fenice a few steps away.

The bathroom towels are old and thin. For the price, I'd expect at least really good towels! I wish they had internet...

A little tough to find the first time, but in comparison to other hotels in Venice it was well priced and in a great location. Just remember that everything in Venice is expensive. We would use this hotel again. Also we were pleased with the free wi-fi Internet acess.

Tricky to find streets, but manageable. Lift available for luggage. Well-equipped kitchenette. Lovely view from roof terrace. Good shopping and dining options nearby.

The Hotel Piccola Fenice was a small gem nestled in a quiet alley, just a short walk away from St Marks Square. And the location was fantastic, with a supermarket nearby for convenience. It truly felt like living in an apartment in this vibrant city.
